Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Partner Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners. You will handle a wide range of tasks, including creating reports, researching and purchasing partner gifts, coordinating conferences and onsite visits, managing client references, handling invoices, and ensuring our partners have everything they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Reports:
- Create detailed and accurate reports to track partner success and engagement metrics.
- Research and Plan Partner Gifts:
- Identify, purchase, and manage gifts for partners to strengthen relationships.
- Send receipts to our accounting department for record-keeping.
- Coordinate Conferences:
- Plan and manage logistics for conferences, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate Onsite Visits:
- Arrange and oversee partner visits to our facilities, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Research New Business Partners:
- Actively seek out and evaluate potential new business partners to expand our network.
- Manage References:
- Oversee and coordinate references from existing clients to support new business opportunities.
- Handle Invoices:
- Manage partner invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Ensure Partner Success:
- Work directly with business partners to ensure they have all necessary resources and support to be successful.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or partner management environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
