Job Summary: In this position you will be responsible for supporting the estimation and development of control systems for power generation and propulsion control systems. The Project Coordinator works with cross-functional team members to ensure that project objectives, and deliverables are met and documented.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard work hours.

After completing a 90-day probationary period, there is the option to work from home office one day per week.

Wage Range: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.

Requirements:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Verify products with customers/team members to define project requirements and deliverables

Conduct research on upcoming bids for the sales team and organize the potential jobs for bid, including documents, vendors, and equipment

Administration of CRM including, opportunity management, quoting, and create reporting structure

Manage and administer project substitution requests
-
Maintain product configurator in support of the quoting process
-
Assist in getting auxiliary equipment quotes from suppliers
-
Provide administrative support for scheduled team sales meetings/events

Ability to set, manage and communicate realistic expectations to CFT members

Work with imposed timelines/deadlines to get detailed data to help achieve project deliverables

Make improvements, solve problems and take corrective action when constraints arise

Demonstrated self starting ability with good interpersonal skills

Experience/Education Requirements:

Associate degree preferred.

4 years of experience in project administration, general office support or project coordination
