First Call Environmental specializes in hazardous and non-hazardous spills, transportation incidents, marine oil spills, tank leakage, natural disaster response and virus decontamination. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to market, build relationships with clients, drive new business, retain current clients.

Principal Duties:
· Acts as a standard Project Manager for a region and/or broker at First Call Environmental
· Partner with Area Managers, Regional Managers and Client Account Managers to complete jobs and create invoices
· Reports to the Director of Regional Operations (DRO). [JP1]
· Ability to handle all job scopes and sizes with minimal supervision
· Maintain an equipment delivery and return schedule for each project
· Use First Call resources to complete jobs (CDL Drivers, Roll-Off boxes, Mini-X and Skid-Steers)
· Approve materials purchases and schedule deliveries.
· Approve all Purchase Orders for job purchases, prior to order or purchase.
· Ensure that all Purchase Orders are closed at the completion of the job.
· Communication with Regional & Area Managers, vendors, Account Managers and disposal facilities to ensure projects run smoothly including pre-remediation meetings for all remediation projects.
· Work with the Regional Manager to solve field problems.
· Assist the Regional Manager in managing subcontractors.
· Execute and store all job correspondence.
· Prepare First Call Environmental Client Invoices for payment (as per agreement). Approve subcontractor payment applications, and forward to accounting
· Formally meet with direct reports monthly to discuss jobs, and attend and participate at all assigned Operations Meetings.
· Attend all individual job meetings.
· Ensure total customer satisfaction.
· Manage and develop the relationship with the job client.
· Provide Quality Assurance oversight to his/her assigned jobs.
· Prepare Project Close-out documents.
· Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect construction operations, such as EPA hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, etc.
· Demonstrate good judgment and reasoning in investigating and solving problems for clients and the company.
· Maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, the business community, and fellow employees.
· Consistently demonstrate the ability to recognize and deal with priorities.
· Enforce adherence to the philosophy of the functional organization, including observance of reporting relationships and lines of authority.
· Provide marketing assistance by developing contacts, serving in the community, and uncovering new opportunities.
· Continuously conduct on the job training and cross training.
· Perform all other duties deemed necessary by reporting manager.
· Prepares proposals, including cost estimates and work scopes and schedules
· Acts as an agent of business and is involved with developing relationships with key customers and understanding the customer issues
Performance Criteria:
· The Project Manager shall be deemed to be performing in an acceptable manner when the following have been accomplished:
· All assigned projects have been completed on time, at or under budget, and to the quality standards of First Call Environmental
· Communication with clients regarding scope, schedule and cost for their project.
· Adhering to First Call’s proprietary software tasks and completing all tasks on or before scheduled due date.
· Reviewing field sheets, time and items used for accuracy with consistent follow up for corrections and clarification.
· Thinking outside of the box in order to complete projects within the timeframes below.
· Managing the schedule of the project and ensuring timely completion of the project.
· Work with team in order to profile waste into disposal facilities using the most cost-effective facilities for the product in need of disposal.
· Work with team in order to schedule disposal with Regional Managers and the disposal facility.
· Manage the budget of a project utilizing cost effective measures to ensure profitability.
· Invoice projects upon disposal and ensuring profitability on each job.
· Ensure clients receives all documentation on project in a timely manner.
· Learn customers and location requirements
· Work with the Regional Managers to solve field problems to make customers happy
· Prepare First Call Environmental Client Invoices for payment each month or as per agreement.
· Provides assistance where necessary in the collection of job Receivables, (as requested).
· Demonstrates good judgment and reasoning in investigating and solving problems for clients and the company.
· Close 90% of jobs within 30 days

· RCRA/DOT Certification ( First Call provides this Annual Training if you do not have it)
Requirements:
Education Requirements:
· Required: 4-year College Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent industry experience
· Preferred: College degree from an accredited college or university, BS Environmental Management or Engineering degree.
Experience Requirements:
· Required: One year experience as a Project Coordinator, or Project Manager or one year of environmental field experience.
· Preferred: (2) two or more years in project management of environmental remediation projects
Skills Requirements:
· Mathematical abilities at the level required for performing basic measurements and calculations.
· Must be proficient on the computer, including the use of Microsoft® Office products such as Excel®, Word®, and Outlook®, and project management software, including Basecamp® and QuickBooks®.
· Fluency in English Language (read, write, speak) is required as the overwhelming majority of customers and vendors communicate in that language.
· Reasoning ability (“logic”) is required to resolve difficulties.
· Must be “alert” and able to quickly and appropriately respond to various job-related problems and issues.
· Must be a dynamic individual with the ability and skills to represent the company as a “Strong Advocate” of its capabilities.
Salary Range:
$50,000 to $85,000 plus quarterly bonus potential for hitting certain milestones in the quarter
Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K with a dollar-for-dollar match on the first 3% and a 50% match on the next 2%. You put in three percent and you get a free three percent match, if you put in five percent, you get a free 4%.
