Role and Responsibilities:
This role works closely with the Sales & Product Management teams assisting with Online Content, Influencer Relations, Marketing & Branding as well as Customer Service.
- Maintain and increase online presence by effectively managing social media and engaging with customer base
- Work with internal staff to develop creative content to promote new products, current and upcoming sales as well as day to day operations
- Ensure our customer base is updated with accurate product information
Essential Functions:
- Oversee the execution of strategic social media initiatives & marketing campaigns, while maintaining a unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, ect.
- Stay up to date on the most recent information regarding the social media site and how best to maximize customer engagement and growth.
- Stay up to date on all relevant industry trends – including competitor and industry blogs, social sites and other web activity.
- Interacts with users and responds to social media messages, inquiries, and comments while escalating certain inquiries to the appropriate staff when needed.
- Review analytics and report on key metrics.
- Identify gaps, vulnerabilities and risks that need to be mitigated both proactively and reactively.
- Lead execution of paid social media strategy as approved by management staff
Content Creation & General Marketing:
- Create relevant, original, high-quality content for All Pro that is designed to best engage target audiences, build awareness and increase sales.
- Create new and different ways to attract new customers like promotions and competitions.
- Lead the creation and editing of written, video and photo content.
- Proactively recognize popular themes that our target audiences engage with and develop a content strategy accordingly.
- Capture and edit photographs and video as needed for various projects.
- Ability to use platforms such as textedly
- Able to come up with an email marketing strategy
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience with B2C social media marketing or content development.
- Proven experience building and managing social media engagement.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, tactfully and courteously to customers and co-workers.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with all levels and in a diverse work environment.
- Ability to work on your own
Starting salary is based on skillset and experience level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
