Irrigation Coordinator
Bloom Partners has been engaged by a Commercial Landscape company in the Dallas, TX market to recruit and hire an Irrigation Production Manager to join their team. The Irrigation Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our irrigation services. This position requires a proactive and organized individual with previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center or customer service environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and track all service calls via email and phone.
- Dispatch crews as necessary to address service requests promptly.
- Maintain and update a live spreadsheet to track all service calls and assignments.
- Log all completed work and communicate findings and resolutions to the reporting party.
- Collaborate closely with the Irrigation Manager and Irrigation Administration Manager to ensure timely completion, documentation, and invoicing of work orders and projects.
- Perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Bi-lingual proficiency is essential for effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center or customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Bi-lingual (English/ Spanish)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
- Adaptability and composure in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and benefits include:
