**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator/Payroll Designee to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the organization has a talented and engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
**Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements - Utilize systems such as OnShift to manage employee data - Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process - Manage new hire orientation and onboarding processes - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all employment laws - Handle employee relations issues and provide support as needed - Utilize talent management strategies to retain top performers - Utilize social media management for recruitment purposes

Duties:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers
- Prepare reports for management review
- Assist with benefits administration
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in typing and data entry
- Experience with ADP or similar payroll software
- Knowledge of benefits administration and account reconciliation
- Ability to analyze data and prepare journal entries
- Familiarity with tax regulations related to payroll processing
