**Job Title: Transaction Coordinator** **Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from start to finish. **Duties:** - Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close. - Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and escrow officers to ensure timely completion of transactions. - Review contracts and documents for accuracy and compliance with Fair Housing regulations. - Assist in loan origination processes and collaborate with loan officers as needed. - Utilize knowledge of TILA, FNMA, and other relevant regulations in transaction processing. - Perform basic math calculations and utilize 10-key typing skills for data entry. - Maintain organized transaction records and files for easy access. **Experience:** - Previous experience in real estate transactions or related field preferred. - Familiarity with escrow procedures and documentation. - Strong understanding of basic math principles and ability to perform calculations accurately. - Knowledge of banking procedures and terminology is a plus. **Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary based on experience. - Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. - Collaborative work environment with a supportive team.
