Director of Marketing & Call Center Operations

We operate across metro Atlanta with a mission to “provide superior care to those in need”. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, patient acquisition, and overall growth.
Responsibilities:

Manage a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels, including offline and online, to attract new patients and build brand awareness.

Oversee all marketing activities, including budgeting, campaign execution, and analysis.

Lead and manage the call center and outside agency vendors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, referral partners, and community organizations.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing.

Manage and optimize performance across all marketing channels, including call center operations, outdoor media buys, digital marketing, and social media.

Analyze marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging platform.

Manage and negotiate vendor relationships and media buys.

Ensure compliance with all relevant marketing regulations and laws.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior marketing roles.

Proven track record of success in implementing successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on healthcare or legal industries.

Experience in managing call center operations and outdoor media buys is highly desired.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the personal injury landscape.
