The Project Manager is responsible to assure that production targets are obtained within the minimum Key Performance Indicator structure needed for the division. Target acquisition is achieved through leadership, training, quality control, and motivation of staff. Continuing education for self and teams is essential to success in this role. Communication/coordination with staff, vendors, sub-contractors, municipalities, suppliers, vendors, and any entity needed to ensure accurate and timely completion of work is performed and the revenue is collected.
- Supports organization revenue objectives by meeting and exceeding department level KPI’s: Closing Percentage, Average Sale Volume, Cancellation Percentage, Reviews, SGL’s, etc. Produces reporting for evaluation and adjustment to metrics.
- Create and maintain an expert level of comprehensive knowledge of services, products, processes, software, suppliers, sub-contractors, resources, materials, membership packages, code/compliance and staff management to accelerate opportunities from start to completion.
- Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently and to full resolution.
- Conduct performance reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or equivalent leadership.
- Self-Starter, reliable, resourceful, and flexible with number of hours worked.
- Strong client service skills: primary client is field staff, secondary is the company clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills professionally, technically, and relationally.
- Ability to work independently without guidance and as part of a team.
- MUST have high level critical thinking, assessment, customer service, and analytical skills.
- Ability to proficiently utilize a wide array of computer, printed text, technology, and software.
- Ability to read, interpret, and implement highly technical writings, drawings, or code related documents.
- Strong customer service, communication skills, and a pleasant demeanor.
- Energetic and personable with a willingness to assist.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must seek and invest in continual continuing education to grow.
- Travel may be required.

- GED or High School Diploma
- Must maintain a closing percentage of at least 40% and average invoice of $3500.00.
Desirable Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree, Trade School Certification , or equivalent related field experience.
- 3+ years of experience in management with reporting duties.
Physical and Work Environment
- Ability to work in a wide array of environments which may change quickly and without warning.
- Climbing up and down stairs, ladders, vehicles from time to time. · Heavy lifting may be required (80) or more pounds.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal and/or physical confrontations.
- Must be able to work extended hours, nights or weekends. Respond by phone after hours and on weekends.
