We are an established Property Management and Commercial Real Estate firm looking to add a key player to our administrative team at our headquarters in Lakewood Ranch, FL. Role Responsibilities Include:
- Help develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Coordinate with managers to facilitate on-site hiring including job posting oversight.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs, as well as employee dispositions.
-Process bi-weekly payroll through our HR software/PEO.
- Work with current PEO to facilitate employee benefits, paid time off, worker's compensation, and unemployment benefits.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Manage administrative tasks for the corporate office including ordering of supplies and vendor coordination.
- Oversight of the corporate calendar, including scheduling meetings and time off.
Qualifications to Excel in this Role:

- Proven working experience in an administrative/HR management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, development, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
