Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years recruiting/sourcing experience OR 8 years' of direct sourcing/recruiting experience
- Ability to build successful Boolean search strings to filter for qualified talent
- Experience identifying and implementing crucial strategies and partnerships, such as professional associations, diversity recruitment events, community outreach programs, industry networking events, etc.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and/or CRM systems
- Outstanding ability to build and maintain professional connections and cultivate positive relationships
- Demonstrated analytical skills to conduct insightful candidate and recruitment analysis
- Performs work under minimal supervision
- Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills as well as sound judgment
- Ability to establish priorities in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment as well as researching and keeping up-to-date on market trends, best practices, and competitors’ strategies in talent sourcing
- Ability to support recruiters and hiring managers remotely
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Recruitment experience in staffing agency
- Project management skills
