As an Azure Support Engineer you’ll be a technically strong across a wide variety of technologies. You’ll work alongside an established Operations team to support our large-scale cloud environments across Europe, US and Australia - all relied upon by our customers and employees - as well as the support of end user devices and services for our own employees. You will help ensure the continued availability of all our services, leaning on DBA and project parts of the operations teams if required to ensure we are meeting the needs of those that depend upon our services.
Beyond those in your immediate team, you’ll work closely with our Support, Application Delivery and Development teams as well, all of which will give you the opportunity to further develop your skills across cloud services, end user computing and security to further you towards your career goals.
