We are growing exponentially and are looking for an Entry Level Sales Operation Manager member to assist us in developing and delivering an exceptional sales experience to our client's growing number of new customers. As an Entry Level Sales Operation Manager team member, you will be a frontline leader of our team and interact with customers and clients regularly. In addition, the Entry Level Sales Operation Manager will work cross-functionally with the Client Account and Sales team to provide valuable feedback regarding the sales experience, market trends, product/service suggestions and assist in driving customer acquisition.
Entry Level Sales Operation Manager Responsibilities:
- Increase brand awareness and market share for products and services newly available to specific target markets by engaging with customers
- Create and execute groundbreaking sales experiences that feel unique to the customer capitalizing on our customer-centric ideology
- Engage with customers, clients, and fellow Entry Level Sales Operation Managers in a friendly, professional, and sincere manner
- Uniquely tailor and deliver product and service information to consumers to exceed their needs and expectations
- Collaborate regularly with Entry Level Sales Operation Manager team members and Customer Service and Sales departments to review market share initiatives, troubleshoot territory hurdles, and discuss customer feedback
- Comply with all company procedures and policies to sustain a reliable and trustworthy relationship with clients and consumers
- Stay up to date on all brand representation requirements as well as in the know on new sales strategies
What We're Looking For in the Entry Level Sales Operation Manager role:
- 2+ years in a sales success or marketing position, ideally where you've had experience working in a client-facing position
- You possess a customer-first mentality. You use empathy to understand the customer's situation and are willing to go the extra mile to make a difference and ensure they feel entirely supported and fulfilled
