We are seeking a Project Manager who will oversee our construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will use strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion.

Conduct daily site visits in St. Clair and Sanilac counties.

Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Maintain daily logs, conduct phone conversations, and work closely with clients.

Use JobTread software to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
-
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.

Handle vetting and selection of subcontractors.

Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for scheduling and deliveries, and schedule entire projects.

Work with architects, designers, and engineers to assemble the right team for each project's needs.

Be fluent in residential construction processes from start to finish.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.

Monitor project budgets and manage cost control measures.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Provide guidance and training to junior team members and new hires.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining clear communication.

Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Prepare and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Proven experience in project management, particularly in residential construction (+5 years).

Strong understanding of construction processes and project management techniques.

Proficiency in JobTread software or similar project management tools.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Local to St. Clair or Sanilac counties or willing to commute daily.
