We're looking for an experienced, compassionate CRMA to join our team. You will join a dedicated and experienced team that cares for seniors. Competitive pay boosted by overnight and weekend differentials. We love our residents and our staff that care for them! Our overnight staff must stay awake, alert, and respond to our residents' overnight needs. Most of our residents sleep during the overnight hours. However, our overnight staff will need to engage any residents who are awake and active. Overnight staff are also pretty busy towards the end of their shift as residents awake and need assistance in the morning. Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Administer medications as per physician orders and document accurately. Our CRMAs are expected to help with ADLs (along with our CNAs and other care staff) when they are not passing medications.
- Record and communicate resident notes, incidents, and write in communication log
- Keep our residents happy and healthy
Qualifications
- Must be able to speak and communicate well in English
- Familiarity and/or experience in memory care, senior care, hospice care, and dementia care is helpful but not required
