We are seeking a reliable and organized Mailroom Clerk to join our team. The Mailroom Clerk will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and maintaining a well-organized mailroom. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments and individuals.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and arranging for pickup or delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Operate mailroom equipment, such as postage meters, scanners, and copiers.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of mailroom supplies.
- Assist with other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Ensure the mailroom is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
- Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to employees regarding mail and package deliveries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a mailroom or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency with mailroom equipment and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
