We are looking to bring on a Hospice Clinical Manager experienced in overseeing and coordinating the clinical aspects of hospice care provided in patients' homes. This role ensures high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient use of resources. The Clinical Manager leads a team of healthcare professionals, collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, and maintains communication with patients' families and caregivers.

Brief Overview of Responsibilities for Hospice Clinical Manager:
Clinical Oversight
- Coordinate and oversee all patient services, including supervision of clinical staff, chart audits, and QAPI activities.
Staff Management
- Appraise staff performance, provide teaching and counseling, and assist with orientation and training.
Compliance and Records
- Oversee patient clinical records and ensure compliance with Medicare, State, and ACHC regulations.
Direct Patient Care
- Provide patient care in the home setting as needed.
Meetings and Supplies
- Participate in audits, IDG meetings, QAPI, and maintain adequate medical supplies.
Professional Development
- Pursue ongoing self-development through education, workshops, and professional activities.
Qualifications:
- One year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice
- One year of RN management experience
- Current Virginia State RN License
