Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to patients with various conditions and disabilities
- Help patients improve their motor skills, coordination, and functional abilities
- Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in patient care, case management, and working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to occupational therapy practice
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and their implications for occupational therapy interventions
- Experience working in ICU or acute care settings is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent patient service
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to occupational therapy practice
