Responsibilities & Duties

Web development
-
Ensure all digital resources are compliant with Federal, DHS and FEMA security requirements.

Provide system administrative support for FEMA associated applications such as salesforce.

Deploy and maintain pre-designed pages as well as tracking and implementing bug fixes associated with a public facing webpage and social media platform.

Conduct routine site maintenance and issues tracking / resolution.

Assist the government to improve UX/UI experience on existing platforms.

Constituent communications

Plan, develop, and deliver quarterly newsletter through several distribution methods.

Schedule and host multiple annual webinars.

Manage a nation-wide email box and Customer Relationship portal. Develop means to track all incoming correspondence and provide timely response.

Resource Management

Develop SOPs, track program budgets, and report on inventory levels for ICPD products.

Translations
-
Be able to provide foreign language translators to translate written, electronic and/or multi-media material from English to Spanish, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Vietnamese, Korean, and Navajo languages. Other languages can also include French, Japanese, Tagalog, Arabic, Russian, Haitian (Creole), Portuguese, or braille.
Required Educations, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field

A minimum of eight (8) years recent and relevant experience managing the subject task in a contract of similar size and scope.

Experience developing graphics for print and web.

Microsoft Office product proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Desired)

Master’s Degree

Previous experience as a Project Manager with background in emergency management/preparedness.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
Location: Hybrid schedule with expectation to report into office in Washington D.C. 2-4 times per pay period.
Citizenship and Security Clearance Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Ability to pass DHS Background Investigation.
