Implementation Manager - Basketball
Location: Atlanta, GA (with frequent onsite travel)

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a Basketball Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the implementation of our innovative solutions in the basketball arena.
As the Basketball Implementation Manager, you will be at the forefront of our basketball operations, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. You will lead a team dedicated to installing and maintaining our technology, coordinating with league officials, and managing service delivery. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Implementation (Installs and Events):
Manage and support basketball-specific implementation projects from inception to completion.
Assess technical requirements, develop project scopes, and estimate resources and schedules.
Resolve complex hardware issues during or post-implementation, ensuring client satisfaction.
Troubleshoot hardware and system challenges, offering expert solutions tailored to basketball operations.
Define and enforce implementation strategies, methodologies, and quality standards.
Project Management:
Produce and manage budgets based on hardware needs, ensuring cost tracking and analysis.
Oversee the investigation and RMA process for faulty hardware.
Liaise with the technical R&D team for basketball-centric hardware enhancements.
Align project deliverables with organizational goals and client expectations.
Create project documentation such as Scope of Works, System Schematics, and Networking Requirements.
Analyze project outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Leadership:
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations to your team.
Foster collaboration across departments to enhance product and service delivery.
Coordinate with live operations for operator availability during installations, hardware QA, and maintenance.
Report on project progress and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
Review End of Game Reports and ClickUp Dashboards, actioning and prioritizing hardware-specific items.
Evaluate gaps in training, reporting processes, and operational processes for improvement.
Lead Weekly Hardware Prioritization Meetings and delegate daily tasks related to hardware quality assurance.
Conduct weekly 1-1s with direct reports, providing growth opportunities and feedback.
Identify pain points within Live Operations and push improvements to product/service/process workflows.
Review costs and work with Leads to identify gaps in operational resource allocation.
3-5 years of Project/Operational Management experience, preferably in Sports Technology.
3+ years of experience managing staff through subordinate managers.
Experience in managing projects and installs, including process improvement, team management, and budgeting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Profound knowledge of basketball operations and technology application within the sport.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in systems integration, hardware installation, and network configuration.
Customer-centric approach with a proven track record of handling challenging client situations.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
