Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

The Casino Marketing Host Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting and acting as a liaison to all Casino Marketing/Hosts and executing their requests.

They will act as an extension of all aspects of Casino Marketing when dealing with guests and other departments.

Track information related to booking restrictions, promotions and room rates.

Book hotel accommodations, shows, limousine service, dining reservations and amenities for Casino guests.

Handle reservation revisions and check-outs.

Produce a casino no-show reservations report as well as host in-house reports.

Manage the Casino Cabana block.

Issue comps as required for Casino customers and requested by Casino Hosts for their VIP’s.

Manage the Villa calendar.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

One year minimum experience in a Casino Marketing environment.

Knowledge of hospitality/casino software including Opera, Patron, Go Concierge and Open Tee.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and Outlook).

Must be organized, personable, possess the ability to communicate well and be able to multi task in a fast-paced environment.

Must have the ability to make decisions regarding comps based on company policy.

Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.
