Requirements: - Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. - Proficiency in project scheduling, contract management, and construction estimating. - Familiarity with tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing is advantageous. - Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of workers. - Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. - Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.
