We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team in the electronics manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to electronic manufacturing, specifically focusing on coordinating with clients to ensure their requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and expectations, and ensure that project deliverables meet their needs.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against established goals.
- Coordinate resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure project tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to electronic manufacturing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes, technologies, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.
