As our Call Center Manager you'll be responsible for managing a team of Call Center Agents and Appointment Setters, ensuring that they consistently meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll also play a critical role in developing and implementing processes and procedures that help to improve overall call center efficiency and productivity.
In this full-time position, you'll have the opportunity to earn competitive incentives for driving KPIs and achieving confirmation targets. Schedule is a 5-day work week with evenings and 1-weekend day a must.
