The ideal Customer Care Specialist
Is an experienced and detail-oriented call center professional with a medical background, excellent communication etiquette, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Your Core Responsibilities
-
Receive referrals via phone and/or email and accurately enter all provided information
-
Make outreach to obtain missing information
-
Accurately set appointments into MTI360
-
Upload orders and supporting documents into MTI360
-
Notate special requests
-
Follow instructions for specific carrier/patient customer preferences, guidelines, and contractual service level agreements
-
Assist with customer questions and/or requests
-
Resolve issues by using proper phone and/or e-mail etiquette
-
Document phone conversations, e-mails and work pertinent to the claims process
-
Manage intake inbox
-
Correctly manage requests in the emails
-
Send notes/ reports when requested
Minimum Must Haves
-
Must have 1-2 years’ minimum experience with medical terminology.
-
Possesses the ability to communicate effectively while working in a fast-paced environment.

Must have experience with Microsoft Office
-
Preferred previous experience in the work comp history
-
Excellent attention to detail.

Strong concern for quality and follows procedures to ensure quality output.

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Ability to communicate with senior leaders of MTI America and clients we serve

Our offices utilize fluorescent lighting, and the noise level is moderate. For the most part, ambient room temperatures, lighting, and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office.
The salary range is based on multiple factors, such skill sets, experience/ training, and certifications, geographic region, and other business needs. It is not MTI’s standard to hire a candidate at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
Hours of operation are 7 am EST to 9 pm EST, hours are subject to business needs. the schedule we are currently filling is 9:30am PST - 6pm PST / 11:30 am CST - 8pm CST / 12:30pm EST - 9pm EST.
Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
