We are a rapidly growing, national, Janitorial and Facilities Maintenance company that is seeking Project Managers in the Brentwood area.
The ideal candidate must have management and facility maintenance skills, will be hardworking, friendly, accountable, with good people skills, great customer service skills and experienced in the janitorial industry.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedules personnel according to the total hours allocated to the facility.
- Inspecting and quality control of all assignments during all working hours.
- Responsible for all “Monthly Safety Topics” training.
- Maintains proper inventory control of supplies and materials needed for the cleaning program.
- Monitors all equipment for good working condition and coordinate repairs with the Corporate Office.
- Conducts interviews, employee orientation, and communicates disciplinary actions with Human Resources.
- Ensures all new hires complete applications, W4s and the I-9 form and submits to Human Resources for approval.
- Responsible for interfacing daily with their Property Management logging all requests with approvals from corporate, walking the facility with Property Operations and/or attending staff meetings, but always maintaining an open
- Provide hands on maintenance tasks as necessary to complete facility maintenance obligations of the property to include HVAC, Plumbing, Fire/Life Safety, Electrical & Lighting Repairs, Floor/Sidewalk Repairs, Drywall/Painting, and General Property Repairs.
- A Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) may or not be applicable to each site. If a CMMS is present, then the work orders will be tracked and maintained utilizing the designated platform. If a CMMS is not present, an electronic filing program must be kept and maintained.
- Provide coordination in all tenant related construction, as directed by the General Manager.
- Plan and supervise operations for landscaping needs of the shopping center, as needed.
- Maintain Quality and Profitability of all related budgets of the shopping center.
- Reports directly to the ESCFederal Regional Manager while supporting, consulting, and informing Property Management of all property concerns.
- Must be available to work off hours when needed.
- Must be open to occasional travel for training and assistance to other shopping center sites.
Required Expectations:
- Understanding and applied experience of Facility Maintenance.
- Previous Janitorial Supervisor experience of 4 years or Janitorial site management experience of 1 year
- Driver’s License required
- Must be Bi-lingual in Spanish reading and writing (Fluent/Proficient)
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and employee relation skills
- Experienced in managing budgets, labor schedules and asset tracking communication policy.
- Knowledge and Understanding of Budgetary responsibilities.
- An understanding of all company policies and procedures.

Job Specifications:
Education and Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years responsibility at a management level in areas of property management, engineering, maintenance, or construction in Commercial Properties. The ability to read, comprehend, and transmit complicated detailed instructions orally and in writing. Will accept related military experience of comparable levels.
