Job Title: Employee Service Center Representative
Location: Hybrid - Onsite in Long Beach CA & Remote
Pay: $23-$25hr
Hours: M-F 8a-5p
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for managing the cases with the utmost care, quality, and attention to detail, all while providing accurate information while enhancing the employee's experience with HR: Connect
- Manage all incoming HR cases, via calls, chat, and service-service requiring significant, HR Generalist knowledge and understanding a wide variety of HR processes, policies, and technical procedures such as questions pertaining to benefits, compensation, wellness programs, year-end performance review, safety, security, and leave of absence
- Support daily/weekly operational processes and audits such as (not all inclusive) New Hire Orientation facilitation, Retiree Health processes, HRIS system transactions, Health Sanctions, and Worker’s Compensation.
- Partner with the various Center of Excellence (COEs) teams to find resolution to HR inquiries/issues that are outside of the scope of support/knowledge base.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelors in HR or 5 years of HR experience in lieu of education
- Strong Communicator – verbal and written
- Possesses HR knowledge
