Job Requirements

Support the Business Development team with scheduling and administrative support for MB2 discovery days with prospective doctor partners

Coordinate and track executive team availability for discovery day scheduling

Support BD Data Analyst with the maintenance of HubSpot CRM

Submit deal sheets to the leadership team daily

Manage, test, and coordinate the doctor ambassador tracking line assignments on a weekly basis

Thoughtfully perform data entry and maintenance to enable accurate metrics, tracking, and other analytics for active and historical deals

Perform conflict checks on inbound opportunities through Hubspot CRM

Support the deal process by creating and assigning new opportunities

Observe internal user activity to ensure timely communication with new leads

Maintain and organize Business Development resources library

Provide current MB2 doctor partners with referral updates as needed

Support the Business Development team with any ancillary support needed to achieve inorganic growth goals
Qualifications

An associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

Ability to live in Dallas / Fort Worth, TX, and work in the MB2 home base office

Experience interacting with customers or clients in an outward-facing role

Basic familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Ability to interact on a team, work in a collaborative environment, and communicate with multiple stakeholders

Strong research skills

High level of interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills
