Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion

Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns

Manage project budgets and track expenses

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or PMP (an asset)

Proven experience as a Construction Tradesman

Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials

Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore
- Familiarity with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid
-
Experience with design software such as Bluebeam and Civil 3D

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities
