Responsibilities i
lude:
* Preparing smoked items for daily lunch sales.
* Preparing products for stock/ingredients.
* Preparing holiday orders: turkeys and hams (Nov-Dec)
* Keeping coolers stocked with prepared items for production
* Rotating products frequently and effectively to ensure quality
* Cleaning the smoker, tables, floors, and general area at end of day.
* Taking our morning cardboard and trash before leaving for the day.
* Assisting the kitchen with special tickets and tasks when needed.
