Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of cosmetic surgery procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, particularly via phone, possess a basic understanding of medical terminology, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Preferred candidates will also have familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to promote and sell cosmetic surgery procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of various cosmetic surgery procedures to potential clients.
- Provide accurate information regarding pricing, scheduling, and any other inquiries related to cosmetic surgery procedures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for generating leads and increasing sales.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update client information, and manage leads.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions, manage multiple accounts, and ensure continuous engagement through follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new cosmetic surgery procedures to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Prepare sales reports and present findings to management as required.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a phone-based sales role.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
- Proficiency in both, English and Spanish is essential. (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
