The Vice President of Sales will work closely with the company's COO and the rest of the Home office team to ensure the highest level of Sales and Marking support is provided for our communities, financial wellbeing of each community is reached, and business goals are met. This would be a key strategic partner within our organization as it directly relates to expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve all digital advertising campaigns & billing
- Review and approve all social medial posts & blogs from Digital Marketing Agency
- Review Website content and request updates from marketing team
- Assist with marketing collateral design, updates and ordering
- Review partnership results and new initiatives with all third party providers
- Competitive analysis for new market studies
- Review each community’s competitive analysis to evaluate and determine price increases
- Schedule training for new sales directors and ensure training is complete
- Development and execution of ongoing sales training
- Attend community census growth calls & monthly/quarterly sales calls
- Provide strategic planning with new community openings
- Manage organizational partnerships with referral agencies, monitor incoming content, review lead quality, and grow relationships
- Manage and update CRM platform
- Review each community’s quarterly Marketing Plan
- Other duties as assigned
