Responsibilities:
- Uses a variety of material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, order pickers, turret trucks and handcarts to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
- Efficiently and accurately pick production orders from the warehouse according to the parameters specified in work order packets (i.e., warehouse locations, quantities, etc.).
- Follow all instructions as they relate to pallet type, product segregation, special label requirements, and other condition as they are presented.
- Execute/record transactions via RF/barcode scanner (WMS: Oracle EBS).
- Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety and quality issues.
- Conduct cycle and inventory counts when required and assist other team members in variance analysis and reconciliation efforts.
- Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of general work experience in a warehouse.
- At least one (1) year of experience operating lift equipment, including an order picker and narrow aisle reach truck.
- Must be a self-managed collaborator comfortable working in a demanding environment.
- Must be willing to cross-train in other work centers if/as needed (i.e., Receiving and Inventory).
- Effective communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Able to safely work for extended periods of time, mostly standing, well beyond an 8-hour workday, lift materials up to forty-five pounds.
- Works overtime, holidays, and weekends as required.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
Desired Qualifications/Competences:
- One or more years’ experience utilizing Oracle EBS or other warehouse management systems in a fulfillment, distribution and/or manufacturing environment.
- Qualified forklift, order picker, and/or turret truck experience.
- Functional experience with RF/barcode scanners in high volume, warehousing environments.
- Complete all required documentation in an accurate and legible manner.
- Diligence and order accuracy.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
