**Overview:** At AFF, we specialize in providing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy and Social Skills group classes for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. If you have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and want to make a positive impact, we welcome you to apply. **Responsibilities:** - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). - Collect and record data on client progress and behavior. - Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). - Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills. - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach. - Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred. - Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. - Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients, families, and team members. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in challenging situations. - Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. **Skills:** - Proficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques. - Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking tools. - Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately. - Excellent observation skills and attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
