Overview:
Staffonesty Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a Financial Services company. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, calendar coordination, and front desk operations. Experience in order entry and familiarity with software like QuickBooks or Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience with computerized systems for managing appointments or orders
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a professional or corporate office, medical receptionist role, or real estate administrative position is beneficial
