All Dry Restoration is a home restoration company that currently has an open position for a full-time Cabinet Installer/Finish Carpenter. We are looking for someone who wants to grow their career as the company grows. We specialize in insurance repairs after someone has a flood, fire, or tree strike. We offer competitive pay, medical, and dental insurance, and a company vehicle after 90 days.
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Owns and can operate hand and power tools.
- Able to cut and install custom trim package.
- Experience to install high end cabinet packages effectively and efficiently following a layout with assistance from a lead carpenter.
- Able to install tile backsplash, Paint walls and ceilings, install insulation for drywall.
- Able to source and stock materials for jobs.
- Experience to consistently meet deadlines and clearly communicate any delays or issues ahead of time.
- Able to work in all of King and Snohomish counties.
- Able to self-manage or work with a team depending on the project.
- Works well with others and is a team player.
- Able to use technology (apps) for dispatching to jobs, scheduling and time tracking.
- Experienced in reading and execute job scopes as dispatched.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry. (5+ years)
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and material budgets.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Photo documentation required for all projects.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
- Willingness to work on multiple projects in a day.
- Work efficiently and ask questions or be clear when you cannot do something.
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
