Real Estate Executive Assistant
Location: Palm Desert, CA (This position is not remote)
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our real estate agents, ensuring the smooth operation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and vendors.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Prepare and process real estate documents in compliance with California laws and regulations.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide general administrative support to real estate agents as needed.
Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Thorough familiarity with California real estate law and regulations.
- Proficiency in office management, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Note: This position does not involve practicing real estate but focuses on providing administrative support to Real Estate Executive.

Salary: 55k-65k + Benefits
