Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and transcribing
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Coordinate projects and manage calendars as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office applications
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with order entry and project coordination is a plus
