As a Support Specialist, you will have a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Bentley’s MicroStation, OpenRoads and ProjectWise software. Your expertise will enable engineers, architects, and designers to create state-of-the-art infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include, user support, providing technical insights on Bentley projects, and working together to develop CADD best practices, training programs, and standards etc.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Bentley products including ProjectWise.
- Resolve software issues, answer questions, and provide guidance.
- •Work with cross-functional teams to improve software functionality.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to increase user competency.
- Keep up with industry trends and software developments.
- Help with development and implementation of CADD Standards.
- Thorough knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
- Must have effective communication, customer service, organizational, writing, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience using Bentley products.
- Expertise in Bentley MicroStation, OpenRoads and ProjectWise software.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for staying on top of technological developments.
- Expertise in highway and/bridge design processes within OpenRoads Designer or Open Bridge.
- Succeed in a high-energy, multitasking environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Impressive interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Applicants with the following experience will be preferred:
- Experience with using/configurating ProjectWise.
- Exposure to programming.

Pay: $52,942.00 - $62,000.00 per year
