**Job Summary:** Join our team as a Front Desk Agent where you will be the first point of contact for guests at our resort. We are looking for a customer service-oriented individual with a strong background in hospitality to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Utilize multilingual skills to assist international guests effectively - Manage guest relations by providing information about resort amenities and local attractions - Utilize bilingual capabilities to assist guests as needed - Operate phone systems efficiently to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department - Assist with hotel management tasks such as room reservations, check-outs, and billing - Maintain phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and colleagues - Support hospitality management by ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay **Experience:** The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills and qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred - Proficiency in handling phone systems and various communication channels - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds - Knowledge of hotel management procedures and practices - Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to a diverse guest population Joining our team as a Front Desk Agent provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment, interact with guests from around the world, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our visitors.
