Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strong background in kitchen management.
Duties:
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies
- Develop and maintain recipes to meet customer preferences
- Supervise kitchen operations during meal services
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Monitor sanitation practices and maintain a clean kitchen environment
Experience:

- Experience in restaurant management

- Knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
