Summary
The Facility Maintenance Analyst will oversee the general upkeep of the building and its infrastructure. This role will perform daily facility audits, contact vendors for repairs, submit purchase orders for parts needed for repairs, and assign work orders to facility maintenance team.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
Collaborate with contractors and external service providers as needed for specialized repairs or installations.
Conduct regular analysis of facility maintenance procedures, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Collect, organize, and analyze data related to facility maintenance activities, including equipment performance, work orders, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate the submission of purchase orders for required maintenance work.
Review and process invoices related to maintenance services.
Ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory.
Secondary
Identify potential risks and issues related to facility maintenance, proposing proactive solutions to mitigate disruptions.
Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs and strategies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule.
Support the procurement process by researching and recommending suppliers, contractors, and vendors for maintenance-related services and products.
