Role Overview:
We need someone to manage the company's social media pages to provide value to people looking to sell their homes and showcase our company's activities. We aim to display our operations so potential clients who see our ads feel comfortable leaving their details.
Pages to Manage:
- Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for TLM.
Content Volume:
- Facebook and Instagram:
- 3 posts per week.
- Combination of video and image posts.
- Reels from Monday to Friday.
- TikTok:
- 3 UGC posts per week.
Content Types:
- Facebook and Instagram:
- Image content providing value to buyers.
- Messages about the company's performance and activities.
- Content from our properties, including photos to showcase our work.
- TikTok:
- Content providing value to people looking to sell their homes.
- Content showcasing the company's activities.
We want our social media managers to be local, creating content from properties where we operate, highlighting our activities.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in media management (real estate experience is a plus).
- Ability to travel to properties across Metro Detroit.
- Knowledge and experience in photo and video editing.
- Experience with TikTok content.
- Knowledge and ability to grow followers.
- Portfolio of work.
- Ability to write scripts and create video content.
- Skills in filming and editing videos.
