Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage contracts and job files for all projects.
- Track and maintain job status to ensure jobs stay on track throughout the project.
- Manage permits and inspections for all projects within multiple cities and counties.
- Assist project managers/ estimators in preparing jobs files for progress and final billing. These processes involve utilizing inventory pricing and quotes to price labor and material sheets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Estimators, plumbers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Assist estimators, contractors, and customers with plumbing fixture selections and quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management
Secondary responsibilities:
- Be able to answer phones and confidently talk to customers to gather information needed to schedule service or jobs.
- Be a team player that isn't afraid to learn new processes, and cross train with the other positions in the office to add support to the team when needed.
- Be apart of the scheduling team to forecast job schedules, permit/ inspection needs, and material orders.
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing many details while being highly organized and accurate.
- Strong experience with Microsoft word, excel, teams, outlook, and one note.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise proposals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in proposal writing and contractor management is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of Sage 100 contractor is a plus.
