- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members and Doctor
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information and inputting sales orders
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors

- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
- Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Clerical experience in an office setting is preferred
- Ability to transcribe accurately from audio recordings or handwritten notes
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus for medical receptionist roles
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is desired
- Phone etiquette skills to handle calls with professionalism and courtesy
