Responsible for receiving, issuing, transferring and maintaining all product inventory. Performs appropriate systems transactions when required to document all inventory movement and keep the associated files up to date and compliant with all applicable Company & industry standards.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Issues and distributes component parts to manufacturing.
- Stages and coordinates items for Production Assembly.
- Lists and issues production travelers for subassembly production.
- Receives and stores incoming materials into applicable assigned locations.
- Records all inventory transactions, utilizing the Company systems, including SAP.
- Expedites customer orders including pick items, corresponding instruction manuals, create handling unit, and post goods issues.
- Performs cycle counting as required.
- Completes assembly of stockroom shelving as needed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aware of and complies with the RWMIC Quality Manual and regulations & requirements as they apply to this job type/position.
- Ensures proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Completes all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned by the Materials Manager and/or Materials Management Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good verbal and written skills communications skills
- Good time management skills, ability to prioritize workloads, and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Stock handling experience and SAP knowledge helpful
- Excellent math skills helpful
- Experience with and understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.

- Lift/Carry 25+ pounds
- Bend/Stoop/Kneel 4 hours per day
- Stand/Sit/Walk 8 hours per day
- Push/pull 50+ pounds
