In addition to our fried chicken, Bonchon offers a full Asian infused menu. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for sizzling talent that’s ready to push boundaries while maintaining the Bonchon standards of flavor and experience.
WHO YOU ARE
We're looking for a Training General Manager with strong business acumen and proven transformational leadership skills ready to lead a team within a growing fast-casual restaurant chain as well as partner with the training department to lead the Bonchon University operations training for the brand. S/he will have the capability to develop a team and oversee the FOH and BOH operations, budget, planning, and overall sales strategy. We want a multi-tasker who’s efficient, energetic, and loves what they do. This is a high-profile location with a lot of visibility to the executive team at the corporate office.
THE ROLE
- Manage the restaurants day to day operations
- Manage and maintain budget and profitability standards
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures
- Train, develop, and onboard new team member according to Bonchon best practices
- Support FOH and BOH as needed to ensure business is running efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness in the restaurant and kitchen are meeting Bonchon standards
- Deliver above and beyond customer service addressing all received complaints
- Manage delivery orders and walk in services with urgency and professionalism
- Order and monitor tracking of product and supplies
- Maintain an outstanding operational standard for all franchisee training
- Execute opening, transition, and closing procedures
- Other duties assigned by Management

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a fast-casual concept
- Strong working knowledge of P&L accountability
- Team oriented, sales and service driven attitude
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Ability to stand, bend, and move during shift duties
- Ability to lift minimum of 40 lbs
