About the role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success leader looking to advance in their career by helping us build a strong Success team to support our property management partners. This role demands strategic vision, exceptional leadership, and analytical decision-making skills to drive the success and growth of our partner base.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall customer success strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth goals and vision.
- Performance Management: Implement and monitor key performance indicators that align with company objectives. Leverage internal analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for improving the success of partners.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Success team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Customer Success Programs: Build and improve onboarding, training, engagement, retention, advocacy, and expansion programs to drive high net revenue retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service teams to ensure a cohesive partner experience and drive mutual success.
- Strategic Account Planning: Oversee the development of strategic account planning for key partners, identifying critical milestones and key stakeholders for each account.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience building and leading customer success teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot).
Compensation
- The base salary for this role is $120,000
