Responsibilities
- Run Campaigns: Create and execute online effective sales campaigns on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
- Innovative Strategies: Develop creative ways to attract and convert customers, including special promotions and targeted marketing.
- Set Sales Goals: Develop and achieve sales targets for our online channels.
- Manage Quotas: Monitor and meet annual sales quotas.
- Track Performance: Stay updated on market trends, channels and adjust strategies as needed.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage sales staff when needed.
- Project Sales: Forecast sales volume and profitability.
- Analyze Data: Use sales data to identify trends and improve performance.
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record of creating engaging posts and campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
- 5+ years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or a similar field.
- A proactive mindset with a knack for coming up with innovative sales ideas and strategies.
- Strong skills in attracting and converting customers through creative marketing approaches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to create and implement sales plans.
- Leadership skills to manage and mentor a sales team.
- Experience with budgeting and strategy development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales management is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and CRM systems.
