Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that highlight the benefits of our fresh food offerings within an innovative Open Market setup.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in sectors that benefit from enhanced food service solutions, providing tailored presentations and proposals.
- Negotiations: Conduct negotiations focused on long-term success and client satisfaction, emphasizing the freshness and quality of our products.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and exploring opportunities for expansion.
- Conduct proactive outreach: Engage in cold calling and professional on-site visits to introduce the PROformance Open Market concept to potential clients, building a robust pipeline of prospective accounts.
- Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends to keep our offerings competitive and appealing to a broad client base.
- New Client Sourcing & Lead Generating: Identify and pursue potential new clients, expanding our customer base by researching and targeting businesses that could benefit from our fresh food solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals and operational capabilities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably with experience in sectors requiring high-quality food service solutions.
- Strong understanding of the logistical and operational needs of dynamic business environments.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed.
